Beginner / Advanced : Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 7:30pm - 9:00pm

Cost:

Registration is $50

Monthly fee is $100 for adults and $85 for children.

One class is $15

General information about classes:

1) We host Free Trial Classes for New First-Time Students on Monday's only!
If you would like to try a class please come to the class you would like to take (Children's, Teen, or Adult) approximately 15 minutes early.
You will be asked to fill out some paperwork, but no payment will be requested unless you wish to sign up.
No pressure, if you like it, we would love for you to come back, but if not, we appreciate your interest!

2) For new students in the Free Trial class, loose fitting clothing is recommended.
T-shirt and sweat pants is fine, but please no shorts.
After one month the school uniform is required (white t-shirt and capoeira pants).
Flat bottom sneakers or shoes (ie wrestling shoes) will be permitted, however most students prefer to train barefoot.
If you have sensitive feet, please bring your own medical tape.
